Build a redwood decking that is right for their entertainment desires size. A small deck can be an intimate place to sit and enjoy an outdoor fire, but trying to squeeze a dozen people in the same area can be problematic. Redwood costs more than other types of wood. So if you do not entertain large crowds, then a small redwood deck makes economic sense. If you have many friends and family members and will host events for them in your deck, then a large redwood deck is the right choice.

Save money on building a redwood decking with cheaper wood in areas that are not visible. Beams, posts, beams, the crossbar and other media are obvious, and may be regular pine wood. Pino has the unnatural red wood rot and damage resistance, however. So use only pressure treated pine deck. A cheaper way is create a faux redwood pine.
